We know you can’t afford any down-time so in the event that you do need support or service, we have developed a simple web-based job ticket submission system that goes directly to the service director and does not sit in a recorded mailbox somewhere. There’s no need for a phone call, the ticket can be submitted directly from the mobile unit or from the back-office system.

To prove Link’s commitment to our customers, the president personally pledges a 24-hour response time by a service technician to assure your complete satisfaction.

All Link systems can be remotely accessed by our service department for immediate evaluation and repair or upgrades. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, a technician will travel to your site for further evaluation to resolve the problem.

Link technical engineers are also available for phone support on daily technical questions as well.

Installation Services

Through our experience in and around police vehicles, Link has developed a standard installation kit for each type of vehicle. The pre-engineered kit contains pre-cut wires for specific vehicle models. This approach minimizes the installation time for each car, produces clean and neat installations, lowers maintenance costs, and maximizes uptime ensuring that patrol vehicles are kept on the road.

Our factory trained installation crew can perform on-site installations eliminating vehicle transport issues and greatly reducing scheduling problems. We can also train your personnel to perform installations and to perform self-maintenance operations.
